Nikki lives at the intersection of purpose and impact. Her breadth of skills and experience - working with grassroots community groups, nonprofits, private companies and membership organizations - brings a holistic perspective to the projects and causes she serves. She leverages experience in governance, program management, policy, organizing, and partnerships to strengthen organizational initiatives, drive program success and promote sector growth.
Amplifying movements through music
Nikki is a social justice sing-songwriter. She writes original and parody songs to inspire a world where people and communities can thrive. For nearly 15 years, she has performed at and organized movement music for community events, national protests, and issue advocacy organizations. From supporting Federal workers and Free DC to inspiring activists at the Women’s March and teaching songs at community sing events or workshops, Nikki is passionate about using her voice to inspire change.
